“Whether you have a business website a personal website, there are tools available to help you increase traffic.  “says Mark from BC Melbourne.

We tried out the SEO services at SEO Advantage that you guys were suggesting, and we found traffic increased 38% in 3 months. Impressive results to say the least.

With so many options out there, it can feel like digging through trash to find the right SEO Services. To make it easier to find tools that will give you the results you desire, we have compiled a list of our favorite free tools for increasing website traffic.

Learn more about each of them below, then find out how much of a difference they can make for you.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a free tool that provides information about your website visitors. The information you can analyze includes the number of new visitors, how much time they spend on your website, how many pages on your site they view, and from where they accessed your site.

By analyzing your site and your visitors, you can get an idea of how to improve your site to get better results. For example, if you see that you are getting a high number of visitors, but the majority of them aren’t spending a lot of time on your site, you may want to work on your content or design to improve visitors’ experience.

You can connect your Google Analytics account with other Google products or services, like advertising, to increase conversions and improve your results.

Hootsuite

We should first mention that while there are premium plans available, the free version of Hootsuite provides just what you may have been looking for to increase traffic to your website.

Hootsuite is a social media management tool that makes it easier to keep track of and manage your social networks. It also helps you keep a close eye on how people are reacting to your brand and efficiently respond right away.

With Hootsuite’s free plan, you can manage up to three social media profiles and use two RSS feed integrations to locate and share content. Hootsuite is an especially helpful website tool because it allows you to schedule up to 30 messages ahead of time to your social media profiles.

The bigger your social media presence, the more traffic your website will get. Hootsuite is a tool that makes it easy to get the results you desire.

Keyword Tool

With the free version of Keyword Tool, you get up to 750 or more keyword suggestions for every term you search. In addition to being completely free, you can use Keyword Tool without creating an account.

Keyword Tool works by giving you long-tail keywords relative to the topics you are using, by producing Google’s search suggestions. With this free tool, you can examine Google search trends and determine which keywords you should use in them in the content on your website for search engine optimization and other marketing features.

By using appropriate, popular keywords on your website, your site will receive a better ranking in Google searches, boost the value of your website, and see an increase in traffic.

SEOQuake

SEOQuake is a free Firefox plugin with many features that can be utilized to increase website traffic. With this tool, you can analyze the search engine result pages to see how hard it is to rank for specific keywords.

Users of SEOQuake have found the tool particularly useful for finding high-paying keywords and recognizing the keywords your high-ranking competitors are using. SEOQuake also notifies you whenever there is an SEO technical issue on your blog.

SumoMe

If you are using WordPress, SumoMe is a plugin loaded with tools to help you expand your email list. There are over 100 ways to encourage website visitors to share their email address. When you install SumoMe, you can test the available options to see which works best for you.

You can also use SumoMe to analyze your Google Analytics stats right from your WordPress dashboard. Another neat feature this plugin offers is the SumoMe Highlighter. When someone highlights a phrase on your page, a pop-up will appear asking them if they want to share it to Twitter or Facebook.
